Use of Services
ResumeHeadshot AI provides an AI-powered image processing service that allows users to generate professional headshot photographs based on user-uploaded photos. These AI-generated headshots are suitable for professional use, such as on LinkedIn, resumes, portfolios, or other personal or commercial applications. To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By creating an account or purchasing services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Account and User Content
When using our Platform, you may upload images or other materials ("User Content"). By uploading content, you represent and warrant that: You own or have legal rights to the content; Your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws; You will not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal material. You retain all rights in your uploaded content. You grant ResumeHeadshot AI a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process and store the content solely for the purpose of providing the services to you.
Storage and Deletion of Content
To protect user privacy and reduce long-term data exposure: Uploaded photos and AI-generated headshots are stored for a maximum of 30 days; After 30 days, all user content — including uploaded files and generated images — will be automatically and permanently deleted from our systems; Users are responsible for downloading and saving their generated headshots before the 30-day expiration. We do not provide retrieval options after this period has passed.
Credit-Based One-Time Payment Model
ResumeHeadshot AI operates on a one-time payment system. Users purchase credit packages that allow them to generate a defined number of headshots. Credits are issued immediately after successful payment; Unused credits may expire after [Insert expiration period, e.g., 12 months], if applicable; Credits cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged once purchased. We may update credit pricing, package options, or credit usage policies at our discretion.
Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy
We are committed to delivering high-quality AI-generated headshots. If you are not satisfied with the results, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions: You must contact us at support@resumeheadshot.ai within 7 days of receiving your generated images. Our team will review your case and attempt to improve the results by generating additional images at no extra cost. If, after this improvement attempt, you are still not satisfied, we will issue a full refund of your original payment. This policy applies only to first-time purchases of credit packages and is limited to one refund per user. Refunds will not be issued if: The request is made after the 7-day window; You fail to cooperate in the improvement attempt; You have already used the improved results. We reserve the right to deny a refund if we believe the policy is being misused.
Usage Rights for Generated Headshots
All headshot images generated using ResumeHeadshot AI are provided under a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license for personal or commercial use. You may use the generated images: On social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram); On resumes, CVs, portfolios, websites; In personal branding, marketing, or other commercial contexts. We do not claim ownership over any headshots generated for you and will not use them in marketing or training unless you give explicit consent.
Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, branding, and content on the Platform (excluding User Content and generated headshots) are owned by ResumeHeadshot AI and protected by intellectual property laws in Denmark, the EU, and internationally. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESUMEHEADSHOT AI AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF: YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM; THE LOSS OR DELETION OF CONTENT AFTER THE STORAGE PERIOD; ANY SERVICE INTERRUPTION OR FAILURE; THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT OR CONTENT.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not warrant that: The Platform will function uninterrupted or error-free; The results will match your expectations; Any issues will be corrected in a timely manner. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ResumeHeadshot AI and its directors, affiliates, contractors, and employees from and against all losses, claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from: Your use or misuse of the Platform; Your User Content; Your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.
Privacy and Analytics
